BREEZY POINT, NY - New York Guard Specialist Alexander Rivera (right) and two other troops canvass a home in hurricane ravaged Breezy Point on Nov. 29th. NY Guard troops have been deployed on door-to-door patrols, performing "health and welfare" checks, gathering information about residents needs - food, water, electrical power, medical supplies.
